Helen Flanagan, Ferne McCann and Matt Johnson are among celebrities supporting Age UK's #NotByMySelfie campaign, which aims to help millions of older people by ensuring they are supported in their later years and are not alone.

The charity is encouraging people to share a selfie on social media of themselves with 'that special someone' who they turn to for company or advice, with the hashtag #NotByMySelfie.
